A LITTLE ABOUT ME

​After working as an artist and graphic designer (both in the corporate world and freelance) for most of my working life, I eventually moved away from Johannesburg to Uvongo on the Kwazulu-Natal south coast in South Africa in 2017. Too busy to be retired, I have since fixed up two houses, immersed myself in my art and I still enjoy graphic design when the opportunity comes up.

Together with my trusty companion, my Cavalier King Charles spaniel "Hovis", we enjoy the sunny weather and beaches – great dog walks and the dog-friendly beachside cafés, and plenty of sea life – especially the marvellous Humpback whales who migrate up and down our coastline.

I have to be creative and be surrounded by animals to be happy – having always been animal mad. I enjoy a good life here with my lovely friends, crafts, art, nature and animals, and always look forward to working on new projects and portraits!
